I'm having issues with Plants Vs Zombies garden warfare 2 because of my directx version, is there a fix to this?

I've been trying to play garden warfare 2 for 4 days now. I keep receiving an error, and i have no clue how to fix it. I've tried every solution under the sun, and i cant refund the game because i have over 2 hours on it.

I'm playing garden warfare 2 deluxe edition on steam.

My specs:

HP victus 15 gaming laptop

12th gen intel core i5

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 laptop GPU

DirectX 12

Windows 11

Windows for home | Windows 11 | Gaming

    To ensure the graphics card is being used, go to Settings > System > Display > Graphics > Select "Desktop app" on the drop-down menu > Browse > Locate the game file .exe

    (If it is a Steam game, the game folder can be located at C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common if you did not change the default folder).

    After selecting the game .exe file, it will show on the list, select it > Options > Select the graphics card > Save.

    i have dual graphics, i don't know how to make sure i'm using it to run the game, intel is my integrated gpu, so i don't know how to change that.

    What is the exact error message.

    Also use winkey+r and enter dxdiag.exe [press return] select the Display tab and post s screenshot.
