So I came back hone after going on a vacation but when I came back my wireless headsets mic wasn't working anymore BUT other mics were and when I plugged in the headset to an other pc it did work as expected. FYI it's the logitech pro x wireless headset with detachable mic. I tried reinstalling the g hub and reset it from device manager. I'm out of ideas and need help!

    Hi,

Firstly, Ensure your Logitech headset is set as the default communication device, and the microphone input level is adequate.

Secondly, Ensure all audio drivers, including those for your sound card, are up to date.

Try using the microphone in different applications to isolate the issue.

    Hi, Piet F

    Welcome to the Microsoft community.

If this issue only occurs with a specific headset, we recommend contacting Logitech for assistance.

For this type of issue, your headset model seems to support wired connections. Check if the problem persists when using a wired connection. Additionally, go to Control Panel -> Hardware -> Sound and check if the microphone is listed under input devices. Another step is to go to Control Panel -> Hardware -> right-click on Devices and Printers -> Open in new window, find your headset, double-click it, and check under the Services tab to see if all functions are selected. If all functions are selected and the issue persists, since other microphones work fine, it indicates that Windows settings are not the problem.

The issue is likely with the settings of this headset on your PC. For specific settings, you will need to contact Logitech for further assistance.
