The battery is at 99% but the LED indicator shows solid orange light, even when plugged in.

Hello, I hope you can help me, I recently bought an Asus Tuf gaming a15 laptop, and it works very well, my concern is that the battery LED indicator shows a static orange light, I know that that light means that the device is below 95% battery, but it shows that it has 99%, and it is plugged in, the indicator light has not turned white for a while now, And I'm worried that it's a serious problem.

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Open Device Manager (accessible by right clicking your Start Button)

    Expand the Batteries section

    For each device in that section:

    Right click and choose Disable

    Then right click and choose Enable

    Close Device Manager

    Restart your laptop to see if that resolves the problem.

    If that does not resolve the problem:

    Open Command Prompt, then run this command and press Enter:

    msdt.exe -id PowerDiagnostic

    Run that Power Troubleshooter to see if that can solve the problem.

    If that does not resolve the problem, do you have the MyAsus app or some other Asus utility installed on your laptop that you can run a hardware diagnostics check with?
