Thank you for your feedback.Error code 02 indicates that there may be a problem with your hardware. Here are some possible causes and solutions:

    Possible causes

Graphics card problem: The graphics card may be faulty or not properly installed.

Hardware failure: The motherboard or other hardware components may be faulty.

You can try the following troubleshooting options:

    1. Turn off the computer and unplug it.

Open the case, remove the graphics card and reinsert it, making sure it is fully inserted into the PCIe slot.

Reconnect the monitor and start the computer.

Check the graphics card power supply:

Ensure that the graphics card's power cord is properly connected.

Try using the motherboard's integrated graphics card:

If the motherboard has an integrated graphics card, try connecting the monitor to the display output port on the motherboard.

    1. Start the computer and press Del, F2 or other specified key to enter BIOS setup.

    Check Graphics Card Settings:

Make sure the settings of the graphics card in BIOS are correct, especially the initial display output settings.

    3.Check for hardware faults

    Check motherboard error codes:

Post Error Code 02 on the motherboard usually indicates system initialization failure. Please refer to the motherboard manual for the exact meaning of the error code.

Check if other hardware such as memory, CPU, etc. are installed correctly.

If the above steps do not solve the problem, it is recommended to contact the technical support of your computer or motherboard for professional help. If the hardware is under warranty, consider applying for warranty service.

I look forward to your feedback, which will help me locate your problem.
