Turn on PC from smartphone and connect to it

Hi guys, i would like to know if there is a way to turn on my PC from my smartphone (even at several kilometers of distance) and connect to it using Parsec, Steam link or other programs, the reason? For the entire month of October i will not be home and i don't want to miss the early access period on Sparking ZERO!, i have a pin on my PC how i csn bypass that
