Trying to figure out how to change username in Microsoft store.

I had the wrong name on my Microsoft account, so I figured out how to change it but when I logged in to Microsoft store it has the old name, and I can't figure out how to change it. Everything that I look up on the internet just shows how to just change Microsoft account and not the store.

Hi here's my take, about your question -- From my understanding

our Microsoft account let you sign in most of your devices

i.e PC laptop, tablet, phone,.Etc .. I could be wrong

but you cannot change, your name only to

access the. Msoft store. Anyway there

are steps to change your name

on - MSoft Account

But there's a caveat. And don't take me wrong. But what benefit

will bring : To a Wins 8 user, when this operating system

is out of support. And the MSoft Store is closed

Replies (1) 1. Sign in to your Microsoft account at : account.microsoft.com

     using your current, account name and password.

once signed in click on the "Your info" option at the top of the page.
on the next page > click on the "Edit name" option.
Enter your desired new first and last name, and click on the "Save" button.
