Struggling to use internet after using OMEN gaming hub Optimizer.

Hello. I recently purchased a new pc, and I decided to install Omen gaming hub on it as I used it on my laptop (which was an Hp laptop), and I really liked how easy and effective it was to use. I've tried ccleaner, but I didn't like it, and preferred to use Omen hub as it was just a few clicks away from clearing out junk, optimizing storage, optimizing settings with what they call 'tweaks' etc. I had a very positive experience using it. However, now with my desktop, after downloading it, and running the cleaner, I decided to do my usual thing, and select the files to delete from, settings to be optimized like the desktop menu optimizations, disc cache optimization, windows service optimizations, and drives to be defragged. So all as usual. I proceeded to run the clean, and optimizations, and shortly after, I lost connection to the internet. All else was OK, but I couldn't connect to the internet. I immediately thought that it turned off some vital service that was required to connect to the internet, so I went through the services that omen hub would disable, and re-enabled them. This allowed me to connect to the internet and search. However, searching became very buggy. I would search YouTube for example, and it would take a very long time to load just the Google search page, and when I would click on YouTube, it would load halfway, and then it would just stop loading. I would then restart the pc, and again, connect to the wifi fine, able to search although slow, and I would eventually be able to actually open up into YouTube. However I would then click a video and it would just load the page halfway again, or I'd try and search another website and try and visit it, but it would just get stuck loading half of the page. It is very frustrating and I'm sure that with the supposed 'unnecessary services' that omen hub disabled, it must've affected some other services hence why I'm struggling with the internet. I how this is enough information and I really hope it can get fixed ASAP. My internet and wifi connection for my phone is perfect and without buggyness, so it is certainly not my isp, and certainly something I have done. Thank you very much.

    Hello Mike Andre1

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Regarding to your information I assume that you have some Wifi issues after using the OMEN gameing hub.

This is a third-party optimization software, and we do not know what the software has done to your system.

We recommend that you contact HP for further assistance.

We can provide assistance by suggesting that you try using these commands to reset your Windows network settings.

Run CMD as administrator and then enter these commands to reset the network settings.

    ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renewipconfig /flushdnsipconfig /registerdnsnetsh int ip resetnetsh winsock resetnetsh winhttp reset proxy Additionally, you can try to see if the network works normally in a new user account.
