Is my MAK Volume License usage legal?

Hello guys,

I'm wondering whether my installation of Windows is legal.

In the "Your products - Volume licensing", I find that:

Product Type MAK Activations-Used/Available
Windows 11 Pro / Windows 11 Pro for Workstations - Windows 10/11 Pro - Windows 10/11 Pro for Workstations MAK 15/150

In the past, We bought 15 workstations with MAK Volume license. With this license, it doesn't mean the maximum number of machines I can use at the same time is 15, is it correct? I can use them with 30PCs at the same time or more ! Is this still legal?

Kind Regards!

Unfortunately, I couldn't find the agreement since the previous PIC left the company. I have searched for the agreement (Your product >> Contracts) in Microsoft's admin portal but I didn't find it.

Can you please guide me to find it? Or inform me more information on this matter?

In that case, do you know how many MAK licences were indicated in the agreement, your printout seems to indicate you have used 15/150 licences, was the agreement for 150 licences?

Hi Dave, thanks for your support!

The MAK volume licenses were included in contract when we purchased the workstation from the supplier.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Did you purchase the MAK volume licence directly from Microsoft or did those devices just come pre-installed with MAK licences from some PC supplier?
