How to set IP in Windows 11 in 2024

The Ethernet Adapter settings seem much more burried than in Windows 10.

I see here in this thread:

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/how-to-set-up-a-ip-ex-1921681682-mobile-hotspot-in/99bf4573-d527-4a4d-86c4-b60ac70ba796

They could once be accessed through: Right-click the Network icon on the taskbar > Network & Internet settings > Advanced network settings > More network adapter settings > Double click the adapter you want to set the static IP > Properties > Double click Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)

However once I reach Right-click the Network icon on the taskbar > Network & Internet settings > Advanced network settings >

There is no "More network adapter settings".

Where is this currently located in?

Windows for home | Windows 10 | Internet and connectivity

Fortunately, setting up Ethernet networking is easy. There are no settings that you need to worry about.

With your PC powered off, connect one end of an Ethernet cable to the Ethernet port in your computer. Connect the other end of the Ethernet cable to one of the four Ethernet ports on your router. (See the illustration.)

Now just power on your computer and give it a minute or so to setup. You are done! No settings necessary on your computer.
