I was trying to install DYMO Label Software onto a Dell Precision 3660 Computer running Windows 11. The installation requires the following software:

Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable Package (x86)

Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable Package (x64)

I installed the following Microsoft Software: "https://download.microsoft.com/download/c/c/2/cc2df5f8-4454-44b4-802d-5ea68d086676/vcredist_x64.exe"

The computer was then rebooted and DYMO Label Software installed. The following error message was received: "The installation of Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable Package (x86) appears to have failed. Do you want to continue the installation?"

The same message was received for the (x64) package.

Please provide a solution to this matter.

Thank you

    Hi Rodrigo,

    Thank you for your response to my concern. I tried installing the following and it was not successful:

    X86: https://aka.ms/highdpimfc2013x86enu
    X64: https://aka.ms/highdpimfc2013x64enu

    I still receive the following error message: "The installation of Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable Package (x86) appears to have failed. Do you want to continue the installation?"

    Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Mike
