Hi my name is Tamir, im a PC user like you try these steps to get the cmd prompt

Here are some ways to open the Command Prompt (cmd) in Windows:

Start menu: Click the Windows icon, scroll down to Windows System, click the down arrow, and select Command Prompt

Search: Click the Start button, type "Command Prompt", and select it from the list

Run window: Press the Windows key + R, type "cmd" or "cmd.exe", and press Enter

Quick Access menu: Press the Windows logo key + X to access advanced system tools like Command Prompt

Taskbar: Click the magnifier icon, type "cmd" in the search field, and select Command Prompt

Since you did the Windows key+ R you can skip that step and try the others

But if this is at the login screen you will need to access the Windows Troubleshooter

To access the Windows troubleshooter from the sign-in screen, you can try these steps:

Press and hold the Shift key while selecting Power > Restart

When your device restarts, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Command Prompt

If your device is encrypted, you'll need to enter the BitLocker recovery key

From there you should see the option to go to the command prompt
