The Scanning utility does not appear to work normally. I recently got a 2660 so not much experience, but I downloaded the full install version of the software and I do see an Epson Scan utility.

The funny thing is, I cannot get the scan button on the Office Mode so I have to go to the Professional Mode. And it only shows up after I open and close the Configuration button.

Basically, it doesn't seem to have the capability it did with my prior Epson Artisan 835.

The buttons are still there, just invisible. If you run the cursor over the button, you can make it work when the "hand" comes up. Preview is on the left, and Scan is on the right, you just need to guess.

Hello! I'm Kishen, a Microsoft Independent Advisor and a fellow Microsoft windows customer.. I'm happy to assist you.

Kindly connect the printer with your system and then search control panel then navigate to hardware and sound, under this section select view device and printer and then right click in your printer and select start scan
