JBL headphones not connecting to laptop

So randomly today my JBL tune 520bt headphones dont want to connect to my laptop.They worked pretty good since i got them.When i try to click connect it says "That didn't work. Make sure your bluetooth device is still discoverable, then try again." even tho headphones are turned on.And when i remove device and try to pair it again they pair and it says that they are connected but when i click on the speaker icon it doesnt show headphones and the sound doesnt come through headphones.I tried troubleshooting,updating drivers,reinstalling them,turning bt on and off,lit everything i could find on internet.Headphones do work on my phone

    My apologies about that. Please Make sure your headphones are not connected to any other device and that there are no barriers or interferences, such as walls or other Bluetooth devices, between your headphones and your laptop.

    Also, Ensure that the Bluetooth Support Service is running on your laptop. You can check this by typing "Services" in the Windows search bar, finding the Bluetooth Support Service, and setting its startup type to "Automatic." If the service is already running, try restarting it.

    Hmm, have you also tried resetting your JBL then, trying to re-pair it to your computer? Has it been paired before? Also, please make sure all other devices' Bluetooth connection is off.
