    Hello Sai,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community and I'll be glad to assist you today.

I understand that you are experiencing issues with the Camera.

    1. Are you able to see your picture on the default Windows camera application?

Type Windows camera in the search bar and click enter.

If you are able to view the picture normally on a Windows camera, but not on Chrome, you might have probably disallowed the camera permissions for Chrome.

To enable it, go to settings > Privacy & Security > Camera > Under, Let apps access your camera, make sure you turned on permissions for Chrome. Otherwise, you can try re-installing the Google Chrome app and select 'Allow camera permissions' when you try to join the meetings.

If you are unable to view the picture on a Windows camera, try disabling the Video conferencing apps from the taskbar manager that runs in the background.

Open the task manager, find video conferencing apps like Zoom, and Teams, and select the end task.

If the issue persists, re-install the camera drivers from the device manager.

    a. Open Device Manager.

    b. Expand the arrows next to Cameras.

    c. Right-click the default camera driver, select uninstall device, select the Attempt to remove the driver for this device check box, and then select Uninstall.

    d. Once uninstalled, restart your PC.

Once restarted, open Chrome and try joining the meeting from the video conferencing website. Check if you can view your picture.

Also note - Some latest model devices have a camera switch on the function key or slider next to the camera lens to enable or disable the camera, make sure it is not closed or disabled.

I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I will be happy to help you further.

    Best regards,

    Gunasekar N
