Hi
All of my sent items are stored in the Outbox folder. I also do not have a Junk Mail folder so I am not sure where it is going?
Please help to set up these folders?
I am using Windows 10.

Thanks
Lynn

What's the type of your account(POP, IMAP, Exchange)?

Could you see your Junk Email folder or Sent Items folder on your Web Mail?

If you can find these folders on your Web Mail, the issue may be related to the sync between your server and client, please try to reset your folders locally(windows + R>type "outlook.exe /resetfolders">Enter)and check if your issue has any difference.

If these folders also cannot be seen on your Web Mail:

    • If you are using IMAP/POP account, please try to check if there is any setting in your mailbox which might cause emails folders to be hidden. Or you can contact the administrator of your mailbox for more help.
    • If you are using Exchange account, the folder's PR_ATTR_HIDDEN property also could cause the issue, please try using MFCMAPI tools to check the settings. For detailed information, please read this article: Default folder is missing in Outlook and Outlook on the web.

Hope above information is helpful to you.

Can you provide a screen shot of what you can and cannot see?
