How can I create a Windows 11 desktop shortcut to a Windows app? I am already setup the Administrator on my computer.

I would like to create a Windows 11 desktop to Windows app that I use very frequently. I do not want to continue to clutter up my taskbar with app "pins". I just want to double click on the shortcut in order to use that app more efficiently and quickly. I just find it cumbersome to go through the start menu every time I want to access that app.

Thank you for any/all assistance with this issue.
