    It would be best if you share any error message that you get when trying to connect and also it seems the best team to troubleshoot this would be the HP hardware team. You can try to contact their support team to sort this out.

    As you have said that you are new to storage spaces, Storage Spaces is a technology in Windows and Windows Server that can help protect your data from drive failures.
