Ralink rt3290 Bluetooth Problem
I cannot use bluetooth after upgrading to windows 11. I can't see bluetooth on device manager. I installed all drivers. How can I fix that?

Have you tried to update your Bluetooth driver?
Have you tested the Bluetooth device with other devices to determine if the issue is specific to one device or across multiple devices?
Have you checked if your Bluetooth is compatible with windows 11?

Let run a Bluetooth troubleshooter.
Select Start > Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters . Next to Bluetooth , select Run and follow the instructions.
