My Redgear Pro Wired Gamepad is not working even though all the lights are on and everything looks fine. It was working perfect for last 1 year but suddenly in between a game today it lost it ability to work.
I tried out various method to solve the issue but it didn't work out.
It says that Last Usb connected malfunctioned and windows cannot recognise the usb. In the device manager, it has a warning sign saying "Device Descriptor Request Failed"

My apologies about that. Have you tried connecting the controller on a different device/computer to isolate if it's a software issue or a hardware issue?
