    Hello fay,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community and I'll be glad to assist you today.

I am sorry to hear that your Microsoft account is compromised. To avoid this instance from happening in future again, you could go through the guidelines below on how to help keep your Microsoft account safe and secure -

    https://support.microsoft.com/help/628538c2-700...

If the hacked account is the Main admin account on the device, you cannot remove it until a complete factory reset is done. So, you will have to backup your files and reset the PC. This process will re-install Windows from scratch and you will be asked to setup Windows again using your Microsoft account.

Sign in with your new account to connect with all the Microsoft services.

If you are signed in, go to Settings > System > Update & Security > Recovery > Reset this PC > Remove everything and select Local re-install.

If you aren't signed in, on the Windows sign-in screen, press and hold the Shift key while you select Power > Restart. Select Troubleshoot > Reset this PC > Remove everything and select Local re-install.

I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I will be happy to help you further.

    Best regards,

    Gunasekar N
