You randomly installed some random realtek driver that is not for your computer.

Go back to your computer manufacturer and download/install your computer's realtek driver.

    Hi Rajat,

I am Tanvi, and I would be happy to assist you today!

    Method 1-

    1. Press Win + I to open Windows Settings.
    2. Go to System > Sound.
    3. Select the output device you want to turn on Spatial Audio.
    4. Click the drop-down menu under the Spatial Audio section and choose Windows Sonic for Headphones.

Note that different audio devices (headphones, soundbars, etc.) may require other 3D audio apps in the Microsoft Store. If your device doesn’t work with Windows Sonic, click the Get more spatial sound apps link next to the drop-down menu and download a corresponding app1

    Method 2-

    1. Open Control Panel using the Win + R shortcut and the control command.
    2. Navigate to Hardware and Sound > Sound.
    3. On the Playback tab, find your sound output device and right-click it.
    4. Select Properties and go to the Spatial Sound tab.
    5. From the drop-down menu in the Spatial Sound Format section, choose an available 3D sound app.
