How can I fix the interop issue between AMDAutoUpdate.exe and window 11?

Every time AMDAutoUpdate.exe runs a Windows DOS screen appears and runs indefinitely. The program is suppose to check the divers associated with my motherboard and AMD processor and make the necessary updates.

I have gathered traces, flagged the issue to AMD and also tried their suggestions as detailed below. They have suggested that Microsoft should be contacted. See below:

I see that you are getting SCEP certificate error related to Microsoft OS on your computer.
This error message is indicating a problem with the System Center Endpoint Protection (SCEP) certificate. The system is trying to enroll for a certificate.
I request you to reset the fTPM in BIOS settings and check the status.
Also, ensure you have updated the BIOS to latest version along with latest chipset drivers for your motherboard.
If the issue remains same, please get in touch with Microsoft support for further assistance on this.
Thank you for contacting AMD.

Well the program is located c:\program files\AMD\AutoUpdate\AMDAutoUpdate.exe

It automatically ran and as usual a black DOS window appeared and the program left the DOS window running all the time without ouput / progress.

    The issue remains.

No, it wont run in another location, only c drive is configured to run in registry location.

    Move and see. Temporary fix

Well if I move the file as suggested then when the midnight autorun of AMDAutoUpdate.exe occurs it will not find the executable and therefore not run the update check. Could you elaborate about the intent of your fix?
