I have been trying to download SPSS on my Windows 11 and when I keep trying to download it I get a notification that says it can not be downloaded securely. I have already checked and I am not in S mode and my advanced settings are set to be able to download apps from anywhere.

Microsoft Edge or Chrome may block downloads that use a HTTP connection. You should be able to download it by clicking on the ellipsis icon and clicking "Keep".
Choose to keep it by tapping … in the bottom bar, choosing Keep, and then choosing Keep anyway in the dialog that appears. See this screenshot: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/deployedge/me...
