Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.
Google indicate that clearing your cache in Chrome may solve that error, or if you have a 3rd party anti-virus installed that may be blocking website adverts in your Chrome browser.
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I have been using Google Chrome recently and I get this message occasionally.
I have ExpressVPN but when I turn it off I still be the message. Can you help me?

Çok kötüsünüz bir programsız
I have Google Chrome browser on my iPad, my Windows 11 laptop, and my Android phone. I have the same error showing up when I click any “sponsored” link. Perhaps I can find a fix for the Windows 11 laptop, but what about on my iPad and Android phone?
Surely some security software added that site to the HOST file, preventing it. Search for it and comment out the line with # or delete it.
Edit the following file as administrator:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
Could a DHCP conflict cause this error? Clearing my cache, resetting web browser, disabling anti-virus on my laptops, etc doesn't solve the issue. It will effect all my devices....Android phone, Windows laptops and Ipad. It doesn't happen all the time....3-4 times a month. Sometimes it resolves in less than an hour, sometimes it lasts for a whole day. Rebooting router, resetting IP address on laptop......nothing fixes the issue. When I do experience the issue, it happens on all web browsers....Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari and Samsung's browser. If I switch over to mobile data, the error disappears. I can type in a search in the browser search bar and it returns results, but if I click on one of the search results, I get the above error message. It isn't specific to one internet service provider....switched from Centurylink to Cox and the issue still occurs. Tech support is no help. Their solution is to upgrade my internet speed or that I have too many devices connected to my wireless.
