I keep getting a pop up application error stating

'The exception unknown software exception (0xc06d007e) occurred in the application at location 0x0000000076C3A782.'

The pop up will now not leave the screen but I dont know how to remove or fix this issue - Help would be much appreciated

I also cannot upload the screenshot sorry

I presume you have a HP system, is that correct?

HPSAAppLauncher.exe is the HP Support Assistant utility installed on your PC, uninstall that app, then restart your PC and that error should be gone, then if you want to continues using that utility, you can download the latest version from the support page for your PC on the HP website.
