delete it from the "Sound video and game controllers" section, it is on the device manager

The driver installation process does not simply install a driver file.

Before the driver is installed, the "package" associated with the driver file is temporarily stored in some special directory as a backup.

This backup data is retrieved when you reboot the device or actively use a scanning function (for example, scan for hardware changes).

If you need to remove traces associated with a particular driver from the device, you may also need to remove additional "packages" associated with the driver.

• How Devices and Driver Packages are Uninstalled - Windows drivers | Microsoft Learn After the driver "package" is removed from the device, the driver cannot be installed by scanning for hardware changes. Please be careful to back up the driver installation files in advance.
