Issues changing country/region in Microsoft store
I'm trying to buy an app through the Microsoft store, and it's not letting me add a card because it's insisting that I'm in the USA. My location on all my other microsoft accounts is set to Canada but in the menu to purchase, the country/region drop down is greyed out and it won't let me change it. Any suggestions?

2024-07-17T04:19:30+00:00 Hi,
I am Tanvi, and I would be happy to assist you today. I understand you're having trouble changing your country/region in the Microsoft Store.
Firstly, Ensure your primary Microsoft account country/region is set to Canada.
You can verify this by signing in to your Microsoft account online at https://account.microsoft.com/account/manage-my....
If it's incorrectly set to the USA, update it to Canada and try again in the Microsoft Store app.
Sometimes, a simple sign-out and sign-back into the Microsoft Store app can refresh the settings. Try signing out of your account within the app, then signing back in, and see if the country/region option becomes editable.
Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-il/store/home_mea and search for the app. During checkout, you should be able to select your country/region from a drop-down menu.

I hope this information helps. Please let me know if you have any other queries.
Good Day
