It's good to know that your device is turned On. If you see 'PIN is unavailable error', you could try setting up a new PIN (Or repairing your existing Windows.
- Click 'Setup my PIN' to create a new PIN by verifying your Microsoft account credentials.
If you are unable to reset your PIN, re-install Windows by preserving your personal files.
a. On the Windows sign-in screen, press and hold the Shift key while you select Power > Restart.
b. Upon reboot, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Reset this PC > Keep my files > Local re-installation.
(This might take some time to reinstall Windows, make sure you don't turn off your computer)
