unable to acesss C
How do I fix corrupted system files for windows 11? I cannot even repair windows with a new version as it fails.
So 3 days ago my computer restarted twice for no reason but other than that seemed to function fine. The next day when I was on chrome the window went white and there was an error. I am sorry I do not remember what the error said but it began happening in chrome and edge. The following day after that my computer has begun restarting on the regular. I ran sfc scan now and it found corrupt files it could not fix. I tried in safe mode and said it fixed them but the problem kept happening. I found online to run the dism and while it says it works I keep finding corrupt files and the computer continues to restart. I then got frustrated and tried to repair Windows by repairing windows. I have attempted to download it in every possible way. Safe mode, through a usb through bios, repair, and full replacement. I decided to just wipe the whole harddrive by erasing everything and I get the message that something went wrong so it is reverting back to where I left off. I also now have an error for my logitech mouse that pops up as soon as I turn the computer on or it restarts itself.
Some of the error codes are
problem starting C:\Windows\system32\LogiLDA.dll
0x8007000D-0x2000C
0X800f0806
0x800F0830-0x20003
I have an auros b650 elite ax motherboard with a ryzen 7 7700x. I know these errors are from different things I have done trying to fix this issue and at this point the system files are corrupted to the point that I cannot even just wipe the harddrive. I do not have much on this computer besides stl files for my 3D printer. I did build this computer myself for the 1st time ever but has been running smoothly for the first 3 months until this issue. I am ok starting over if there is anyway someone can help me wipe my ssd and install a new version of Windows starting over.

My name is Igor, it's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll try to help you.
This file is a part of some Logitech software so please update it.
To repair files use Windows installation media and try a recovery steps described at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/402603...
Note, Step 7 may be faulty unfortunately.
If this will not help, use the same environment to run System Restore and roll back to the date before the problem appeared.
And please check your RAM modes (voltage, frequency, timings) are in compliance with numbers in the motherboard compatibility list for your RAM model.
