Windows 11 security actions recommended

I am using Windows 11 with Windows Security as my main anti-virus. For the past couple of days, the Windows Security icon on my taskbar indicates "Actions recommended" but when I open Windows Security, everything seems to be in order. I have clicked on all the options, run a scan and set up OneDrive as backup, but the notification persists.
