Hello again.

I'm sorry, I don't understand what's going on with my computer, like nothing, I was at the computer yesterday, but it didn't do anything, nothing appeared, today I looked through the program and I encountered computer problems again, I wanted you to help me find out what the problem is with my computer.

I managed, I think, but I'm just curious, why did the problem appear and nothing happened to her computer?

Thanks for the help.

Thank you for that screenshot, you have only AMD graphics on your system

Open the Settings App, then go to Apps - Installed Apps.

Scroll down the list of installed apps, can you find the Intel Graphics Command Center listed in there?

If you find that app listed there, uninstall it.

Right click your Start Button and open Device Manager, then expand the Display Adapters section, please provide a screenshot of that window

    Hello,

I didn't understand that I don't have any intel graphics, why do I need them on other devices?

I'd rather leave it, I'm afraid to do it on a new computer.

Sorry, once again for the disturbance.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

That error trace just indicates a problem occurred in the Intel Graphics Command Center app.

The best option is to completely uninstall that app, restart the PC, then go to the Microsoft Store to donwload and install the latest version of that app.

If that does not resolve the problem, go to the support page for the PC on the manufacturers website, to donwload and re-install (not update) the version of Intel HD graphics drivers they provide.
