How to take a screenshot directly without the snipping tool?

This may be trivial, but it bothers me a bit. So, generally we use Snipping Tool to screenshot (Win + Shift + S) but for me it takes a long time and we miss moments that can be captured while watching videos, I use a laptop and on the default keyboard there is a PrtScr button, by pressing Win + PrtScr it instantly and quickly takes a screenshot.

However, on my external keyboard that button is not there, I also use an external monitor, so it is a bit far from the laptop position to where I sit, and from this article:

https://support.microsoft.com/id-id/windows/keyboard-shortcut-for-print-screen-601210c0-b3a9-7b58-bc40-bae4dcf5f108#articleFooterSupportBridge=communityBridge

I tried it but it didn't work, is there a special way/shortcut to immediately take a full screen screenshot?

apologies for above copy paste error. Please consider below as response to the query:

If your keyboard doesnt have prtscn key then try opening On-Screen Keyboard.

Search On-Screen Keyboard from windows search bar

On-Screen Keyboard will be open. It will have the "prtscn" Key.

Alternatively you can try using third party tools to take the screenshot.

    Kind regards,
