    Hi Rasheed,

My name is Arggie an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you. I'll be glad to assist you today.

Windows 10 does not include the Urdu Phonetic keyboard by default, but you can easily download and install it.

Steps to Install Urdu Phonetic Keyboard:

Visit the Microsoft Store or other trusted sources to download the Urdu Phonetic Keyboard. Alternatively, you can use third-party tools that provide this keyboard layout.

    Install the Phonetic Keyboard:

Once downloaded, follow the on-screen instructions to install it.

    Set Urdu Phonetic as Default:

After installation, go to Settings > Time & Language > Language.

Select Urdu under the Preferred languages section.

Click on Options, then under Keyboards, click Add a keyboard and select Urdu Phonetic (if available).

    Hope this helps!

    Regards,

    Arggie

    Hey Musaib,

I went and downloaded this application from Microsoft Store. After installing this application, navigate to:

Windows Menu > Language Settings > Preferred Languages (Add Urdu if you have not added it yet) > Urdu > Options > Add a Keyboard > Urdu Phonetic 1.0.

Press Windows+Space to toggle between keyboards.

    This worked for me.

    Regards,
    Ali Iqbal
