The problem is the ARM processor, the software developers must create a version of their software that runs on an ARM processor in Windows, the app may work on Android and iOS if the software developer has created a version of their app that works on those operating systems.

How show on the picture I can't install the window installer packages. I have a Samsung Galaxy Book 2 model sm-w737y and when I try to install some windows install package come up an error: "This installation package is not supported by this processor type. Contact your product vendor". I have tried just this two packages on the picture, the WindowsPCHealthCheckSetup and the game pokemon tgc live but I think I have this problem with any windows install package since both are differently

DaveM121 868K Reputation points Independent Advisor2024-09-17T07:52:31+00:00 Thank you for the screenshot, you have an ARM processor on your laptop, that is not a normal 64bit processor, and if software developers do not produce a version of their software that works on an ARM processor, you cannot install their software.
With regards to the Windows 11 upgrade, currently Windows 11 for ARM is in Beta, it is not publicly released yet, but when it is, you will be able to upgrade to Windows 11.
