Hello, I'm Manoel Barros! I will help you in the best way possible, using my knowledge and experience.

Is your Windows version Home or Home Single Language?

If it is Single Language, you can only have one language installed. You can check which version, press WINDOWS + R > Type "winver" > Send me a Picture or Screenshot.

If your Windows is Home normal, try this:

    1. Open Windows Settings > Time & Language > Language and Region.
    2. In Preferred Languages, remove all languages and leave only one Language that is not your default language. Click on the three dots next to the desired language > Remove.
    • Do this with all languages.
    • For example, if your language is English, leave only French (which you know).
    1. Restart the computer > Wait for Windows to start with the new language > Restart again.
    2. When starting, in Preferred Languages again, click on "Add language" > Choose your default language > Click on Next and install the language.
    3. When the language is installed, Restart the PC.
    4. With your default language, delete the old language and leave only the language you will use as default.

I will be here to answer any questions or information! Review the topic if this information or troubleshootings helped you! In this way, you help other users too.
