    Hi,

Kayece here, An Independent advisor and a user just like you. I will be happy to assist you today.

I am sorry that this happened to you. Please try to restart your computer and see if the issue persists. Sometimes restarting your device can resolve temporary issues and refresh system resources.

If the issue persists, please verify the integrity of game files. Open the Steam client and go to your Library. Right-click on the problematic game and select "Properties". In the Properties window, navigate to the "Local Files" tab. Click on the "Verify Integrity of Game Files" or a similar option. Steam will check for any corrupted or missing files and attempt to repair them automatically.

Please also ensure that your Steam client is up to date.

If the above does not help, please reinstall your Steam. This process will not affect your game installations.

Please back up any important data or game saves before proceeding with the reinstallation.

If none did help, please go to Steam support regarding your issue.
