Have you tried resetting your Controller? See this tutorial.

I remember one time I used my PS3 controller on my PC, and I had to use a third-party program to get it to work properly. Do you remember if you used any programs?

    Hello! Thanks for your feedback!

Ok. Try reinstalling the Bluetooth Driver.

    1. Download the Bluetooth driver from the manufacturer's official website.

    2. While Windows is running, search for "Device Manager" in the search bar > Click on the icon > Expand the "Bluetooth" tab.

Hello, I'm Manoel Barros! I will help you in the best way possible, using my knowledge and experience.

Have you tested your controller on another device? Does it work normally on the PS3?

Before running the tests, it is important to know if the controller is working properly. If it is working properly, try reinstalling the Bluetooth driver on your laptop.

To do this, send me the full make and model of your laptop so I can search for the drivers.

I look forward to your feedback!
