I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, this is created due to the driver installed on the PC, for us to remove it, kindly follow the steps below:
Press the Windows key + R then type in:
control printers
Then hit OK
Look for the Galaxy Note 9 device then right-click > select Remove device
Restart the PC and check.
Method 2. Uninstall the driver from the device manager
-Press the Windows key + X
-Go to Device Manager
-Expand the Cameras or Imaging Device
-Look for the Camera driver with a similar name
-Right-click and select Uninstall > Follow the prompts
Let me know how it goes and I hope that helps.

2025-02-06T11:34:30+00:00 Same issue has troubled me a lot during the online exams.
- Go to Settings ---> Bluetooth & Devices ---> Mobile devices ---> Check if you've given permission to your PC to access your mobile devices; if this setting is ON then under mobile devices click Manage devices.
- Once "Manage mobile devices" tab is open; locate your device under "My devices" which is being used as virtual camera and switch off permission for your PC to use the mobile device's camera.
Hope this helps.
