Hello, Jonathan José Ortega Lobo
Welcome to the Microsoft Community.
Hello, thank you for your feedback here on your issue, and I'm sorry to hear about the ongoing issues with your Legion 5 ARH05H. This sounds very frustrating, especially considering the random nature of BSODs and reboots.
First of all, thank you for providing some detailed information, I'm going to go ahead and provide you with some general steps to improve the issue that you can refer to first, and if there are actions you've already tried, then you can skip them for now:
- Driver updates:
Make sure that all your drivers, especially for chipsets, graphics and networking, are up to date. Sometimes outdated or corrupt drivers can cause a blue screen of death.
- BIOS Updates:
You mentioned updating the BIOS before, but it may be worth checking if there is a newer version available. bios updates can sometimes resolve hardware compatibility issues.
- Thermal management:
Overheating can lead to random reboots and BSODs. make sure the laptop's cooling system is working properly. Cleaning the fans and applying new thermal paste to the CPU and GPU may help.
- Hardware diagnostics:
Since you've replaced the RAM and SSD, consider running hardware diagnostics on other components such as the motherboard and power supply.Lenovo's built-in diagnostics or third-party tools may be useful.
- Safe Mode:
Try running the laptop in Safe Mode to see if the problem persists. If not, the problem may be related to a software or driver conflict. You can refer to the thread below to enter safe mode: Windows startup settings - Microsoft Support
- External Devices:
Disconnect all external devices (USB drives, peripherals) to see if they may be causing the problem.
- Auxiliary SSD: You mentioned that you also have an old auxiliary ssd, and while less likely, your auxiliary SATA SSD could be causing issues. Try temporarily disconnecting to see if the BSOD stops.
Also, I have noticed that you have shared the blue screen logs but due to community restrictions I am unable to open them directly through this link, you can refer to the thread below by way of the onedrive link shared here and I will check and analyze them for you and provide you with further suggestions. How to post crash dumps after Blue Screen of Death in Microsoft - Microsoft Community

Hey, bob!
So, I already tried most of the things you mentioned without much change. I actually managed to improve the situation though, I haven't had any restarts for a few days, and I was able to trigger them a few minutes ago, this is my conclusion:
The problem is with power options, the problem disappeared by removing any kind of sleep/turn on display automation, all my power options are set to Never, and I also turned off fast startup. Today I turned on fast startup and I had three restarts in just a few minutes.
This is very problematic, a laptop is supposed to do all these things, is part of its mobile nature, I don't get why I should be having memory issues when I have some normal power options active.
