Epic Games Player Support had suggested I go to Microsoft Support for further assistance. I tried so many troubleshooting steps. The game keeps crashing on my pc since it was crashing on my xbox series x. I tried the steps below:

1 uninstalled and reinstalled

2 Double checked minimum system requirements for game

3 Closed any and all apps to make sure none were clashing with the game

4 Updated graphics card software

5 also tried running epic games launcher as administrator and thats when it stopped opening

6 synced time

System info to further help me:

Windows 11 Pro

Processor AMD Ryzen 7 5700x 8 core Processor 3.40 GHz

Ram 16GB

To resolve the 0xc0000094 error and game crashes, try these steps:

Reinstall Visual C++ Redistributables: Download and install the latest versions (x64 and x86) from Microsoft's website.

Update/Reinstall DirectX: Ensure DirectX is up to date using the DirectX End-User Runtime Installer.

Check Event Viewer: Look for game or launcher errors under Windows Logs > Application.

Reinstall Game to a New Location: Install on a different drive or folder to rule out corruption.

Run Windows Updates: Ensure your system is fully updated.

Run System File Checker: Open Command Prompt (Admin) and run sfc /scannow.

Disable Overclocking: If overclocked, return to default settings.

Clear Epic Games Cache: Delete the webcache folder in C:\Users[YourUserName]\AppData\Local\EpicGamesLauncher\Saved and restart the launcher.

If the issue persists, check for known issues with your hardware.
