Normally, you don't need a proprietary driver for an internal hard drive.
From https://support-en.wd.com/app/products/downloads/softwaredownloads:
Drivers feature the ability to:
Allow the operating system to communicate and access and [*sic*; a] hardware device.
Western Digital products use drivers that are provided by the Windows and macOS operating systems. The driver will be automatically installed when the drive is connected and detected by the computer if the drivers are not already installed. Newer WD SES Drivers are not available for manual download from Western Digital and are only available through Windows or macOS updates.
Supported Products: Internal, Portable, Desktop HDD and SSD
The "SES" driver referred to in the above is for drives in external enclosures: https://support-en.wd.com/app/answers/detailweb/a_id/13977
All that being said, the main product page for the 2TB WD Blue drive says that it's compatible with Windows 11, 10, and 8.1. I suspect that Windows 7 isn't mentioned because it's been out of support for so long, not because the drive won't work in Windows 7. But that's only a guess.
From the little I've seen online, WD today doesn't have the most responsive customer service, but I'd still start here (if the links don't help, the "Contact" info is lower down on the page): https://support-en.wd.com/app/products/product-detailweb/p/281
