Try download the driver from the HP support website and run Windows Update and install all updates.

    Thank you.

    Can you download and install:

    Chipset driver: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp151501-152000/...

    BIOS: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp152501-153000/...

    See if that helps.

Also just want to make sure, Is this the bluetooth driver you installed? https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/downloa...

Some HP models have a bluetooth switch in BIOS. You might also want to boot into BIOS to see if it might get switched off. This is very HP and model specific, so unfortunately I wouldn't be able to tell you if yours has it and where it is. Go through all menu pages in BIOS and see if you might find it.

Another thing to try is to do a cold boot. Turn the computer off, remove power cord. Hold down the power button for at least 30 seconds, then plug the power cord back and turn the computer back on, see if this helps.

If it still doesn't help, I am afraid this is likely a hardware issue instead, can be due to a bad pin, or power supply issue to the card itself, etc. You will need HP support in this case. There's no simple command to start the bluetooth driver.

    Hello, this is Emily.

Is your Wifi working during this time?

Can you share with me two screenshots please?

    1. Go to Device Manager > Network Adapters, I would like to see what's listed.
    2. Please type msinfo32.exe in the search on the taskbar and hit enter, then share a screenshot of the pop up.

    Thanks!
