Upgraded from Windows 10 to 11,a fullscreen pop-up appears every once in a while and immediatley closes

Every so often this pops up for some reason, presumably to have my continue some sort of post-install setup, but it just shows up like this with the loading circle for about 1-2 seconds, then closes on its own. It interrupts my workflow and is extremely distracting. It messes with all 4 of my monitors as well. I just did an upgrade from windows 10 Pro to Windows 11 Pro. Is there a way to stop this from popping up, forever? Maybe through a CLI command? If there's a way to manually prompt it for me to finish clicking through it's menus, that would be fine too as long as it does not pop up anymore. To add to it, every time I manually restart File Explorer in Task Manager, I can get it to pop up, but it closes after 1-2 seconds as said before still.

Thank you for updating me with that information. Please try the following methods below.

    **Perform a Clean Boot

Determine whether a background program or a software conflict is causing the issue.

Press Windows key+R to open Run then type: msconfig

    Press Enter

Select System Configuration > go to the Services tab.

(Important) Select and make sure to put a check mark on "Hide all Microsoft services"

    Click Disable all.

Go to Startup tab > Open Task Manager > Disable all the unnecessary services running there. Restart your computer.

Please check the support article at the link below for more details.

If the issue persists, please try performing an In-place Upgrade. Performing this can repair broken operating system files while your personal files, settings and installed applications will not be removed.

Few things to check on the PC

**Unplug all external peripherals except for the Mouse, Keyboard, and LAN cable before starting

**Disable or uninstall any 3rd party Anti-Virus program to prevent it from interfering with the upgrade

Kindly let me know if this helps or if you have any further concerns by clicking the "Reply" button at the end of my response. I will appreciate it.

Hi, thanks for the suggestion, I had already done through my notifications as I do not like to be bothered by Windows showing me pop-ups and not important things, so everything in there was already unchecked. But, on a hunch, I will re-check them, and restart my file explorer to see if it will let me just continue with that screen I included in the original post.Image
Edit, I have tried my idea and it did not change it, it will still show up when I restart file explorer through Task Manager and immediately closes.
