If you only have integrated Intel graphics, then you do not actually have any VRAM, that only uses shared system RAM, it is the driver that indicates to the operating system that there is 128MB of VRAM to allow you to install software and games, but in reality, there is no VRAM.

Click your Start Button, then just type dxdiag and press Enter.
On the resulting DirectX utility, select the Display tab, please provide a screenshot of that Display tab.
