Hi Yeorgios,
My name is Arggie, and I’m an Independent Advisor and fellow Microsoft user. I understand how frustrating it must be to face a PIN issue preventing you from accessing your Windows 11 desktop, and I’m happy to assist you today.
Unfortunately, there isn’t a direct way to reset your PIN through your Microsoft account on another device, but here are a few methods that might help resolve the issue:
- Use Your Password Instead of the PIN:
If you remember your Microsoft account password, you can try selecting Sign-in options on the login screen and choose the password option instead of the PIN. This will let you log in, and from there, you can reset your PIN through Settings->Accounts->Sign-in Options->PIN.
- Reset the PIN via Microsoft Account on Another Device:
While you can't reset the PIN directly, you can remove the PIN requirement through another device:
Go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices and find your PC.
Select Remove device (this will unregister your PC).
Restart your computer, and you should be able to log in using your password instead of the PIN. Once you're in, you can go to Settings and set up a new PIN.
I hope these steps help! Let me know if you need further assistance, and I’ll be happy to guide you.
Best regards,
Arggie
