Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Are you using a laptop?

If you are, the Elara app is part of the touchpad drivers installation, the best option would be to go to the support page for your laptop on the manufacturers website, then from there, donwlaod and re-install (not update) the version of touchpad drivers they provide.
