By default a Defender scan only scans the C drive, you would have to create a custom scan in Defender to add the other drives or right click your D drive and choose to scan it from the context menu.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Defender can scan a zip archive without the need to extract the files out of the zip file and so can McAfee, if the 'Scan with Archives' setting is enabled in Malwarebytes, it can scan two levels deep inside a zip archive.

    Thank you!!!

Would you know if a full scan also scans all drives such as if I have 2 SSDs installed one for C drive and D drive? And thumb drives and such?
