Is there a direct link to force 23H2 on my windows 10??

If there was a version 23H2 of Windows 10 I would gladly provide you with a link for it, the reason I asked you for the link you read that mentioned a version 23H2 for Windows 10 is because that does not currently exist and whoever wrote that article is either getting their version of Windows mixed up or they were inadvertently referring to Windows 11.

To prove there is no version 23H2 for Windows 10, go to this link which contains the latest version of Windows 10 as you can see it is version 22H2:

Your Wrong, there was a 23H2 version of Windows 10, as I used it to update my friends laptop a few months back.

It was DEFFINITLY out there but now Microsoft have pulled it as they want EVERYONE upgrade to Windows 11 and that my friend is a matter of FACT.

I have used a tool called RUFUS to help a lot of my fiends who have older laptops and just cannot afford to keep buying new PC's every time Microsoft decide to make a residence that they want to impose.

Unfortunately Bill Gates and the rest of his minions aren't living on the planet known as EARTH where most people aren't as abundantly wealthy as he is.

But you're right, as in there is no longer the Version 23H2 as Microsoft have pulled it off their site.

I only wish I'd have kept the version of 23H2 that I hade.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

That notification you saw was for Windows 11, version 23H2 is a Windows 11 update, not a Windows 10 update, your version of Windows 10 is fully up to date and includes the September update that was released on Tuesday.
