Try scanning with Malwarebytes or AdwCleaner:

    https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download - https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner

If that doesn't work, run Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST) and share your logs.

    https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/farbar-recovery-scan-tool/

    • If your computer language is not English, rename FRST64.exe to FRST64English.exe
    • Run FRST and press "Scan"
    • Two logs are created in the folder that FRST is run from, FRST.txt and Addition.txt
    • Zip the logs and upload to OneDrive, Google Drive or any file sharing service and post the share link

**If you are downloading FRST with Edge, smartscreen may initially block it.

Click on the 3 dots next to the warning and select Keep-> Show more-> Keep anyway.

I have been having the same issues and it keeps popping up every 30-45 mins

    • Download Fixlist.txt **** and save to the folder that FRST64.exe is located in. (Downloads)
    • Close any apps with unsaved work.
    • Run FRST64.exe and click "Fix".
    • The computer will reboot to complete the procedure.

Please upload Fixlog.txt and let me know the result.

Just started having the same issue, only thing i can think of that I did was download the Division 2. Atm i have just tried to trace it and remove it. I got the pop up went to task manager, right click went to location, and deleted the temp-#### folders with setups in them. will report back if it works.
