I've spent these past 2 hours watching videos on how to fix. It doesn't suggest any networks, won't let me turn on airplane mode. I ran trouble shoots and they don't give me instructions. Please help I'm crying!

    Hello, this is Emily.

Do you have ethernet on the computer? If so, go to this website to download the driver and then install it. It is the Intel official site: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/downloa...

If you don't have ethernet, you have to download it on a different device, transfer it via a flash drive to install it on yours.

If this driver doesn't work, I will need a little bit more info.

Type msinfo32.exe in the search on the taskbar and hit enter, I need to know the following info:

    Version:

    System Model:

    Thanks!

A hard reset won’t help if you don’t have the right driver. You are in a catch 22 here. To get the right driver you need internet. This is why I suggested Ethernet. But if Ethernet is not an option right now I’m afraid you have no other option but to download the needed driver on a different device. Then transfer it on flash drive to install. If you don’t have another device to do so, see if a friend or family can help you.

I definitely can't do that. I accidentally deleted my adapter on the device manager and I can't get it back. I did a hard reset too, and every adapter I enter had a yellow triangle.
